01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ii89 website, downloading the ii89 mobile application, registering an account, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the site without an account.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that they have also read and agreed to these terms. In all cases, the registered account holder remains personally responsible for all activity on that account.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

03 Account Security

ii89 uses SSL encryption across all connections to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you are also responsible for the security of the device you use to access the platform — including keeping your operating system and browser up to date and not using public or unsecured Wi-Fi when accessing your account or making financial transactions.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ii89 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits can be made through supported payment methods including Philippine online banking, mobile banking transfers, and local e-wallets. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. ii89 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any deposit received from an account that does not match your verified identity may be reversed. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering measure. 10 Account Closure and Termination
